Historic Properties
The Leonard Building, located at 702 Broad St in Downtown Augusta, GA is the home of the Vinea Capital headquarters. Built in 1880, and offering 44,000 SF of commercial space across its 5 floors, as well as dedicated parking in two adjacent lots. The building has survived multiple downtown fires and floods and was the home of the Young Men’s Library Association in the early 1900’s.
The Claussen Building, home of Pineapple Ink Tavern, at 1002 Broad St building was the founding site of Paine College in 1882.
